मोबाइल की स्क्रीन काली हो तो क्या करे?

 हम कहीं जाना चाहते हैं.

या किसी जरूरी मीटिंग में शामिल होना चाहते हैं। इतनी भीड़ के दौरान आपके मोबाइल की स्क्रीन काली पड़ जाती है। आप चिढ़ जाते हैं। भले ही मैंने गुस्से में फोन मारा, लेकिन कुछ नहीं हुआ। अक्सर सुबह उठने पर भी ऐसा ही होता है। फोन चालू होने पर कभी- कभी स्क्रीन काली हो जाती है। इसे स्क्रीन ब्लैक आउट कहते हैं, घबराने की कोई बात नहीं है। अगर थोड़ी सी सावधानी बरती जाए तो इससे बचा जा सकता है।

इसके सटीक कारण क्या हैं?

आउटडेटेड ऐप्स: सबसे बड़ा कारण मोबाइल में पुराने ऐप्स हैं, अक्सर ऐप्स बहुत पुराने होते हैं, साथ ही ये ऐप नए ओएस के अनुकूल नहीं होते हैं। ऐसे में मोबाइल बार- बार बंद हो जाता है।

माइक्रो एसडी कार्ड: मोबाइल में माइक्रो एसडी कार्ड के कारण दिक्कत होती है। इसमें अगर दूसरे मोबाइल या पीसी से म्यूजिक, फोटो, वीडियो आदि ट्रांसफर किए जाते हैं तो कार्ड खराब हो जाता है और स्क्रीन ब्लैक आउट हो जाती है।

घुसपैठिया वायरस: अन्य कार्ड या अन्य से

डिवाइस से एक वायरस मोबाइल को दूषित करना शुरू कर देता है।

इससे स्क्रीन ब्लैक आउट भी हो सकती है।

8 खराब बैटरी: ज्यादातर मोबाइल यूनीबॉडी होते हैं। ऐसे मोबाइल की बैटरी खराब होने पर ब्लैक आउट की समस्या उत्पन्न हो जाती है। फोन को ऑन और ऑफ करने के बाद भी समस्या बनी रहती है।

क्या निदान है?

# अगर मोबाइल ब्लैक आउट होता रहता है, तो सबसे पहले हाल ही में इंस्टॉल किए गए ऐप्स को अनइंस्टॉल करें।

ब्लैक आउट की स्थिति में, बैटरी को एक बार निकालकर फिर से लगाएं। समस्या का समाधान होगा।

■ मोबाइल की बॉडी की ठीक से जांच करें। अगर बैटरी फूल गई है तो उसे तुरंत बदल दें।

पुनः आरंभ करें

■ अगर मोबाइल में कार्ड लगा है तो एक बार उसे निकाल कर मोबाइल को रीस्टार्ट करें।

Outdated Apps : The biggest reason is outdated apps in mobile, often apps are very old, also these apps are not compatible with new OS. If this is the case, the mobile blacks out frequently.

Micro SD card: Micro SD card in mobile causes problems. In this, if music, photos, videos etc. are transferred from another mobile or PC, then the card gets damaged and the screen blacks out.

Intruded virus : from other card or other

A virus from the device starts corrupting the mobile.

It can also cause the screen to black out.

8 Defective battery: Most mobiles are unibody. If the battery in such a mobile is faulty, black out problem arises. After turning the phone off and on, the problem persists.

What is the solution?

# If mobile keeps blacking out, first uninstall recently installed apps.

In case of black out, remove the battery once and reinsert it. The problem will be solved.

■ Check the body of the mobile properly. If the battery is swollen, replace it immediately.

Restart

■ If the card is inserted in the mobile, remove it once and restart the mobile.
